Portrait Parties

Portrait Parties at photoStyles are a fun way to celebrate a birthday or special day in style. Our Portrait Party sessions work for all types of events and age ranges, boys, girls, teens even adults will enjoy getting dressed up and photographed while relaxing with friends.

Book your party 3 months or more in advance and receive 10% off your total!

For our base party your guests will arrive dressed and ready for portraits with hair and makeup already done. At the studio they will decorate a photo frame, have their own mini portrait session and receive a finished 4×6 print to put in their frame. We will provide a bag with a personalization label for the frame as their favor and you may add anything you would like to that bag for your guests to take with them.

Before your event we will meet with you to go over background and prop choices and personalize your experience at the studio. For the Royal treatment look at adding any of our themed upgrades below.

Pricing starts with a base cost of $200, this covers all of the following:

Customized Invitation Design and Printing
2 Hours for the party with 1 hour before and after for setup and breakdown
Activity Station (frames and decoration supplies)
Backgrounds & Props
Mini Portrait Session for each attendee
A finished 4×6 print for each attendee’s frame
Online photo gallery and video slideshow of all images
Thank You Cards Designed & Printed

To cover the individual costs of prints, frames and materials there is also a charge of $10 per attendee

Parents, guardians and others not involved in the event are welcome to come to the studio with the attendee (Maximum of 2 per attendee please). We find that it is an event in itself to watch the photo sessions for guests and that they enjoy staying for the party!

Add On’s

Girls Princess/Rock Star Themed Party – Add $200
We provide outfits, shoes and accessories to glam up your girls as either princesses or rock stars. We also have a hair and makeup stylist provide custom makeup and updo’s for your princesses or rock star’s! Your party is also extended by 1 hour to a 3 hour event to provide time for costumes, hair and makeup.

Boys Superhero/Cowboys Themed Party – Add $200
We provide outfits and accessories for your boys to power up as either superheros or cowboys. We also have a makeup artist provide costume makeup for your superheros or cowboys! Your party is also extended by 1 hour to a 3 hour event to provide time for costumes and makeup.

Cake by Sprinkles! – Add $80
Choose from an array of our favorite cakes from one of the best cake decorators in town! We will take care of ordering and picking up the cake for you and will have it here at the studio waiting for your party. We also supply all the paper plates, plasticware and napkins for serving.

Refreshments – Starting at $40 (Depends on Menu Selection)
Provide your guests with snacks and drinks. We do the work for you and have everything ready and set up when you arrive. We also supply all cups, plates, napkins, plasticware, etc. We even clean everything up for you after the party.
